Materi ini membahas tentang pengertian komunikasi yang efektif, pentingnya supervisor memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi secara efektif, teknik-teknik komunikasi yang efektif, tips agar mampu menjadi pendengar yang baik, pengertian dan teknik komunikasi persuasif, pengertian dan teknik komunikasi asertif, serta teknik presentasi yang efektif.

5. Kepemimpinan, teknik mempengaruhi, dan memberikan perintah yang efektif

Materi ini membahas tentang pengertian kepemimpinan, ukuran efektivitas kepemimpinan, gaya-gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif untuk situasi tertentu, serta jenis-jenis pengaruh yang bisa diterapkan oleh seorang pemimpin untuk membangun komitmen dan loyalitas karyawan.

6. Teknik memotivasi : membuat karyawan bergerak dan mendapatkan hasil

Materi ini membahas tentang pengertian motivasi, faktor-faktor yang bisa mempengaruhi motivasi karyawan, serta teknik-teknik memotivasi yang efektif guna mendapatkan kinerja karyawan yang unggul.

PENDAHULUAN TRAINING ESSENTIAL SELF :

Kreatifitas, kepuasan kerja, keuletan, ketangguhan, dan bahkan keberhasilan kepemimpinan di tempat kerja sering kali bersumber dari tajam tidaknya penghayatan seseorang akan tujuan yang sedang diembannya. Sejumlah besar penelitian sudah memberikan indikasi bahwa penghayatan seseorang akan self nya sering kali menjadi alasan munculnya sejumlah sikap dan perilaku. Misalnya keberhasilan seseorang dalam kerja tampaknya disumbang cukup banyak oleh bagaimana seseorang itu menghayati self nya. Memang tak dapat dipungkiri bahwa kajian mengenai ‘self’ adalah telaah yang sangat penting dalam psikologi sejak kurun waktu yang cukup lama.

Penghayatan ‘self’ seperti apakah yang dapat berperan terhadap munculnya sejumlah perilaku positif seperti keberanian, keteguhan, ketangguhan, kreatifitas, dan happiness?

Pandangan mengenai diriself yang keliru dapat berakibat fatal. Kurangnya antusiasme dalam kerja, sensitifitas yang berlebihan, ketegangan yang terus-menerus, atau mudah lelah sering kali adalah buah dari adanya cara pandang yang keliru mengenai diri. Seseorang perlu mereframe ulang penghayatannya mengenai hidup dan dirinya secara keseluruhan. Menemukan insight mengenai cara pandang diri yang keliru dan mencobakan beberapa cara yang dapat mempertajam penghayatannya yang lebih murni mengenai hidup dan dirinya adalah tujuan utama Pelatihan dua hari ini.

Sasaran utama Pelatihan ini adalah membantu tiap peserta untuk mendapatkan insight-insight yang diperlukannya untuk dapat memiliki cara pandang yang lebih jernih mengenai diri dan seluruh kapasitas yang dimilikinya sehingga memiliki sejumlah motivasi positif yang membuatnya untuk dapat lebih berkontribusi secara optimal dalam lingkungannya.

BACKGROUND

In the person of a supervisor inherent in his character as a leader, every leader must have the commitment to sacrifice, to serve and to give priority to the interests of the organization in order to effectively lead his men. A leader needs to understand their personal qualifications and those who will lead and use their understanding to create and maintain relationships, manage conflict, transfer knowledge and build effective team productivity.

The leadership performance of an effective supervisor will depend on a combination of skill, knowledge, attitudes, behavior, and relevant experience.  A successful supervisor is someone who can manage the benefits and drawbacks as well as the courage to act effectively. A supervisor will always practice the behavior of self-discipline, to manage emotions effectively, and manage their work objectively. COURSE SUMMARY

This course is to summarize the state of the art of Petroleum Economics Concept Based on Engineering Economics. It included the example problems to illustrate the use of various theoretical solutions. In this course we will discuss the time value of money concepts, different types of interest arrangement, converting cash flows (cash inflows or outflows) from one period to another, methods used to select the best economic service producing investments, methods used to select the best economic revenue producing investments (mutually exclusive and non-mutually exclusive), the development of after-income tax cash flows, expected value concept and other useful statistical techniques.

All of concepts in this course are presented in a hands-on manner. You may be already reasonably familiar with some of the concepts; in which case, you may skip those and proceed to the ones that you are not familiar with. You will notice that most of the methods presented if properly used, will give the same results. The reason for including so many methods is to complete the presentation. In some cases it may be advantageous to use on method over the other. Therefore, it is necessary that you be familiar with all of the methods presented.

This course compiled as aid to engineers and production people in the Petroleum Industry who have the responsibility of planning and decision making in oil or gas field development. It includes fundamental principles of engineering economics used in petroleum industry. Arsegianto, He is a Doctor at Department of Petroleum Engineering of The Institute Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia. He earned his Master of Science from University of Wisconsin, Madison (USA) at Department of Urban and Regional Planning in Major Energy Analysis, Policy and Planning. He obtained his Doctor from Asian Institute of Technology, Division of Energy Technology in Bangkok, Thailand. He has been delivering training course in Economic, Finance, Marketing, Policy and Planning Analysis of Petroleum & Gas Industry since 1992. He also has expertise in technical petroleum engineering. His professional experiences include contributing author in many congresses, conventions, exhibitions, seminars, workshops, symposiums & conferences. His current membership of the International Association For Energy Economics (IAEE), Society of Petroleum Engineering (SPE), Society of Indonesian Petroleum Engineers, & Komite Nasional Indonesia – World Energy Council (KNI-WEC).

Our  Programme

Indonesia is predicted by many major global consultants as one of propelling countries in the future. Economic projection shows the country will be the world’s 7^th largest economy with massive consumer class in 2030. This global forecast should not be taken for granted, but something that should be anticipated by policy makers and practitioners equipped with better capacity. And one of the most effective methods in boosting the knowledge and competence is through the series of integrated training.

Most high level policy makers involved in public policy formulation and implementation have to face complex challenges with limited resources. In order to succeed they need to have an enhanced understanding of the challenges of sustainable development, a deep knowledge of relevant socio-technical issues, and high management capabilities. To cope with the strategic capacity-building challenge, we organize and provide an Executive Training for Policy Makers and Practitioners (ETPP). The programmeis intended to help policy makers and practitioners, particularly from Indonesia to preparing for new levels of knowledge and capabilities in their task and within their organizations.

The overall goal of the ETPP is to update and improve the knowledge,competence, necessary experience to analyze, formulate and implement public policy reforms. ETPP provides high level government officials with the unique opportunity to learn from Dutch practitioners, policy makers and world-class faculty in convenient solid programme. It allows for small circle discussions among participant with the best experts we can provide here in the Netherlands and beyond.
