    HENDRA KUSNOTO

    Hendra Kusnoto adalah lulusan dari Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) tahun 1984. Pada tahun 1986 ia melanjutkan studi di Fakultas Pasca Sarjana UGM. Pada tahun 1986, beliau juga bergabung dengan Universitas Persada Indonesia YAI dan mendirikan Fakultas Psikologi swasta pertama di Indonesia. Ia juga sempat menjadi dekan dan mengajar di fakultas YAI pada tahun 1987 sampai 1989. Pada masa itu beliau termasuk dekan termuda di Indonesia. Selama mengajar, beliau mempelajari ilmu manajemen bisnis secara otodidak. Pada tahun 1989 yang bersangkutan bekerja di PT Antam. Di perusahaan ini beliau aktif dalam bidang sumber daya manusia. Pada tahun 1996 beliau studi di Business Administration and Management di Melbourne University, Australia. Sekembalinya dari studi di Australia beliau menulis buku berdasarkan hasil penelitian di perusahaan-perusahaan yang ada di Australia. Buku tersebut berjudul Praktek Manajemen Terbaik di Dunia dan diterbitkan oleh Gramedia.

    Dengan bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam bidang manajemen bisnis dan sumber daya manusia, pada tahun 1996 , beliau ditunjuk sebagai salah satu anggota tim IPO (inital public offering) untuk mempersiapkan PT Antam menjadi perusahaan publik terbaik di indonesia. Sejak saat itu beliau selalu terlibat dalam tim strategis baik dalam bidang pengembangan usaha maupun sumber daya manusia. Karena hobi belajarnya tidak pernah berhenti, beliau mempelajari manajemen perubahan baik secara otodidak maupun pelatihan-pelatihan di dalam dan luar negeri. Walaupun beliau pernah studi di negeri kangguru, namun beliau merasa belum puas, sehingga pada tahun 1998 beliau belajar mengenai manajemen bisnis internasional di Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Prasetya Mulya, Jakarta.

    Sejak tahun 2006 beliau bergabung dengan beberapa perusahaan konsultan yang bergerak dalam bidang manajemen strategis, manajemen perubahan, good corporate governance dan manajemen sumber daya manusia, disamping itu beliau secara pribadi juga berperan sebagai advisor yang memberikan pelatihan dan konsultasi di beberapa perusahaan baik nasional maupun asing. Perusahaan-perusahaan yang pernah ditangania l. Jasa Marga, Jasa Raharja, PGN, PTPN IX, Swedish dan lain-lain. Di PT Antam Tbk sendiri, akhir-akhir ini beliau ditunjuk sebagai advisor direksi dalam bidang good corporate governance, manajemen transformasi dan sumber daya manusia.
