LATAR BELAKANG :

Hampir semua bengkel produksi menggunakan perkakas tangan sewaktu bekerja. Diperkirakan 8% kecelakaan industri disebabkan oleh pemakaian perkakas tangan secara tidak benar, baik perkakas manual maupun yang bertenaga listrik. Kecelakaan-kecelakaan terjadi terutama disebabkan oleh penggunaan perkakas yang bukan pada peruntukannya, atau memakai perkakas yang benar tetapi tidak digunakan sebagaimana mestinya, tidak memakai alat pelindung diri, atau tidak mematuhi petunjuk-petunjuk yang seharusnya diikuti.

Oleh karena seyogyanya memilih perkakas tangan yang tepat menurut keperluan tugas pekerjaan, menggunakan perkakas tangan untuk pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi termasuk penyelesaian akhir seperti kekuatan, ukuran, atau bentuk, mengikuti semua syarat keselamatan sebelum, selama, dan sesudah penggunaan perkakas, mengenal perkakas yang rusak atau tidak aman diidentifikasi dan diberi tanda untuk diperbaiki menurut prosedur yang ditunjuk sebelum, selama dan setelah penggunaannya, dan enyimpan perkakas tangan dengan aman di tempat yang tepat menurut prosedur operasi standar.

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Hand Tool Utilization.

TUJUAN TRAINING :

Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bekal dalam memahami dan mengetahui tentang pengetahuan perkakas tangan, perkakas bangku, dan mampu menggunakannya untuk pembuatan komponen.

CAKUPAN MATERI TRAINING :
1. Keselamatan kerja
2. Alat penandaan (macam-macam: penitik, penggores, stamping, penggunaannya, cara penandaan, pengaturan penempatan alat penandaan)
3. Kikir (jenis dan fungsi, bentuk dan ukuran, pemilihan, cara kerja pengikiran, pengaturan penempatan kikir)
4. Gergaji tangan (jenis dan fungsi, bentuk dan ukuran, pemilihan, cara kerja penggergajian)
5. Pahat tangan (jenis, bentuk dan ukuran, pemilihan, penggunaannya)
6. Tap dan sney (jenis dan fungsi, bentuk dan ukuran, pemilihan, metoda pembuatan ulir dengan tap dan sney)
7. Tool set (jenis dan fungsi kunci L, tang, obeng, spanner, dll.)

SUGENG ISDWIYANUDI, Ir. MT. And Team

was graduated from politeknik  universitas brawijaya malang for his diploma in mechanical engineering majoring on mechanical maintenance and repairing, from ITS Surabaya for his bachelor in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering, and from ITB Bandung for his master program in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering. Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainingscourses to improve his competence. POLBAN (ADB Loan 1792-INO), director assistant administration and finance SPMU TPSDP POLBAN (ADB Loan 1792-INO), head of production research group POLBAN, head of department mechanical engineering P4D, department secretary of mechanical department P4D, head of Laboratory Pneumatics and Hydrolics P4D.
